Mr. O’Shaughnessey’s style is down-to-earth, optimistic, hands-on, analytic and relationship-driven; he like to learn colleagues’ motivations to help them achieve goals. He supports entrepreneurs as an angel investor and also invests in multi-family housing. He earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and is a graduate of Leadership Denver.
